Who we are
One contractor, four sectors, two operating hubs.
Asankare Enterprise Ltd. was established as a Ghanaian limited liability company to work across the gap that slows most infrastructure work in the region: a client can procure the civil works from one contractor, the electrical installation from another, and the materials from a third, then spend the project managing the seams between them.
We close that gap. Engineering, energy, agriculture and trade sit inside one company, under one management team, with offices in Kumasi and Accra so that both the Ashanti industrial belt and the Tema port corridor are within direct reach.
The result for our clients is a single point of accountability from groundworks through to commissioning and ongoing supply.

Design, scoping and setting out
What we do
Six divisions working off one delivery programme.
Each division stands on its own commercially, and any two of them can be combined into a single contract when a client would rather manage one supplier than four.

Electrical Contracting
LV and MV installation, distribution boards and panel building, industrial and commercial wiring, street and site lighting, testing and maintenance.

Import & Export
Sourcing, freight coordination, customs clearance and inland delivery through Tema and Takoradi, plus export handling for Ghanaian commodities.

General Supplies & Merchandising
Contract supply of building materials, electrical goods, office and institutional consumables, furniture and fittings against tender or framework order.

Agro-Chemicals & Farming
Distribution of approved agro-chemicals, fertilisers and inputs to farming communities, alongside our own farming operations.

Special Tyres & Plant Supply
Supply of specialist tyres for earthmoving plant, haulage fleets and agricultural machinery, with fitting and replacement support.
How we work
A delivery method built for Ghanaian project conditions.
Rain seasons, port congestion and material lead times are not exceptions here. They are the operating environment. Our process is written around them.

Survey and scoping
Site visit, measurement and a written scope before any figure is quoted. Where ground conditions are uncertain we say so in writing rather than absorbing it into a contingency the client never sees.

Priced programme
A bill of quantities and a dated programme, with material lead times shown separately from labour. Imported items are programmed against realistic clearing windows at Tema.

Procurement and mobilisation
Our trade divisions procure directly, which removes a margin layer and gives us control of the date the material actually reaches site, which is the single most common cause of slippage.

Execution and supervision
Works supervised by our own staff, with progress reported against the dated programme so that variation is visible early rather than at final account.

Handover and aftercare
Testing and commissioning records at handover, with a defined defects period and a continuing supply relationship for consumables and spares.
